i have a guestroom at my place with double bed and private bathroom; toilet and kitchen are shared. my place is in the middle of the gay area of brussels, if you like going to gay bars or gay sauna, you really don't have to go far as they are located in the same street. Everything is central located so you can do most of your visits on foot and i always can help to find you a place. Clothing optional is possible.
